Need 2 tensioning pins

:o Hi; I need to get some kind of tensioning or tightening pins (take down & front), I heard there some to remove the play between the upper and the lower. I have a bit too much play....that I even though permanently resolved with JB Weld........but will be too extreme and maybe stupid!!

So please if somebody can shed some light here as per the tensioning pins, brands, prices, where to buy them - availability, recommendations, etc,. would be greatly appreciated!!:D
