Wolf gold vs. Privi?

I'm curious of the quality of the brass and the rounds themselves. Looking to get a half case to burn with some friends but want the brass to reload with.

I don't know about the Wolf, but all my reloading buddies are as happy with PPU brass as any other brass I give them. But sorry, I don't reload at this time personally.

Very happy with wolf gold both from an ammo perspective and the brass for reloading. Very nice annealed brass with nice primer pockets.

The WOLF brass that I've scooped up has been nice. Much nicer than PRVI. Very tight primer pockets, but you do have the crimp to remove.

FWIW, PRVI brass has thicker walls than most other brands.

I have some of both. Both work fine in my guns.

I like the PPU better because (1) it comes in battle packs, and (2) I'm vain, and it's embarrassing when the guys at the gun club catch me shooting Wolf... It's like when your friends catch you riding a motor scooter!

That is PPU's military contract stuff(also good). The commercially available .223 is not crimped.

I've been using PRVI .30 Carbine brass to reload and it has worked well. I bought a few hundred of the factory rounds, and now reload the brass. I don't have any experience with Wolf Gold.

I've only picked up the commercial stuff. The brass is fine and I definitely reload it, but it often is sticky in my Hand priming tool.

I've reloaded 10's of thousands of 9mm. Never had a problem with Privi, not sure about the Wolf Gold, just don't see it around here.
