Will the replacement back straps from the M&P 9/40 also fit the M&P 45, speaking of all being FS?

Yes.

The only M&P that uses unique backstraps would be the 45C.

The 9C and .40 C use the same backstraps.

All of the full size guns, 9/.40/.45 use the same backstraps as well.
