Can't retract Charging Handle on my 9mm?

Just put my RRA 9mm upper and Spikes Lower together and can't get the charging handle back to cock it. I have a Ramped Bolt and RRA 9mm Hammer with 9Q Buffer and Wolf action spring. Only way I can cock it is to open it up and cosk the hammer manually........put it back together and it cocks like normal. Have I done someting wrong thats preventing me from cocking it when the hammer is in the up position?

I had a similar issue. RRA factory 10.5" 9mm upper - gas buster charging handle.

The gas key (if you wanna call it that) is wider then standard 5.56 gas key resulting in binding of the charing handle in the upper when I tried to charge the weapon.

I removed a little bit of the material from charging handle and all is well. :)

Just made the switch back to a standard hammer and that did fix the problem. Must have been that notch at the botton of the 9mm happer that was hanging up on the bolt.....
