My father let me know about a Alexander Arms 50 Beowolfe complete gun for sale at the local pawn shop for $698. Judging by the description and pictures it appears to be in decent shape. After talking to the shop I could probably get it for a little less than asking price so I wanted to get some advice. This would purely be for an impulse / novelty as I already have my go to 556 sbr's. Based on the price and condition is this too good to be true or just about right given the limited market for this gun? Any advice is appreciated. http://images.tapatalk-cdn.com/15/06/17/985f719b8f5b2952c884f425568547cd.jpghttp://images.tapatalk-cdn.com/15/06/17/9dca2806e90cf30cde64fe8d13b651aa.jpg

I'd say that is a buy.

Look up AA's website and see how much that is new. ETA: that is half the price of new.

If the internals are in good shape go for it. That is a niche weapon though. More a conversation piece than overall practical use. Somewhere between shotgun slug and sledgehammer. They advertise as a .45-70 equivalent.

Those magpul sights are going to melt on that gasblock.
