9.5" v 9" handguards

Will 9.5" handguards allow the muzzle device on a 10.3" barrel to protrude all the way out?

"Should", For reference I have a 9.5" SMR on a 10.5" w/ a AAC blackout and can easily mount an AAC can. Don't know if the 10.3 would mess that up though but thenflash hider alone wouldn't be an issue

A 9.5" rail on 10.3" barrel is basically what a MK18 is. So it should provide a tight fit, but will likely depend on the exact rail, muzzle device, can, etc. you use.
