Keymod Backup Light

Is anybody making a Keymod (or M-Lok) direct attached backup light similar to this one:

I have no personal experience with it, but I'm looking for an option that won't require a chunk of pic rail. It's 100% possible it doesn't exist, but thought I'd put a feeler out there.
