NV legislature passed a new law that changes some of the requirements needed for other States CCW permits so that they are honored by NV.
The change made it less strict.

The changes went into effect on 06-17-2015.

The NVSCA is still reviewing other States permits to see if more qualify under the new law and may revise the list on 07-01-2015.

Still no TX, but at least they're on a positive trend.

As long as they recognize either TX, FL or UT I'll be happy.

I wonder why Alabama isn't on that list, Alabama recognizes all states that allows their residents to CC. There are only a few states that are not recognized in Alabama.

Hang up is in law differences.

For example,
In Texas a person under 21 can get a CHL if they're active or a Veteran. While there is an extremely low number of these "CHL'ers", the law alone can knock us out of some states that have a minimum age of 21 on their books.
