I got an in-stock email from Impact Guns saying they had 3 in stock. The website says sold out. They're asking $1878.

Anyone getting these for advance reviews?

These have peaked my interest as well. But I plan on waiting until I see some reviews and hopefully 10-15% Price drop.

I would rather have the rifle. Can you change barrels like the rifle? Is the receiver the same as the rifle?

I want to get the pistol so I can have a tiny, folding stock SBR. I'm guessing the short barrel will be harder to get than the stock, so I'm avoiding the rifle. I've heard the 9mm EVO OEM stocks are coming out, so maybe by the time the papers come back, the Bren stocks will be close to being on the market.

I've fired the rifle version in full-auto... pretty easy to keep 2-3 round bursts on target. The adjustable-folding stock sucked, however. I felt like i had to keep my head back at the end of the stock. I'm trying to figure out how to swing $$$ wise this 'pistol' to SBR, and if I do I'm going to get the non-adjustable stock.

This is my exact plan too. I'm looking forward to having one of these in my collection.

Been patiently waiting for a unicorn rifle. Something that has the utility, reliability, etc. without the excessive cost of ownership that an SG551/553 brings to the table. As much as I love AR-15s, the buffer tube necessarily makes an Mk18ish rifle's OAL longer than it 'needs to be'. The Cz Scorpions are just now releasing import approved SBR kits. Keeping an eye on these and the 805s.

After watching a couple Vids Im Now salivating over this thing. I would probably even go ahead and purchase it right now at the high price if they just would have stuck with the damn original mags instead of modifying it to Stanag. I want this rifle because it is something different. I don't want to buy a bastardized version. It's difficult but I'm going to wait it out until/if they offer in its original config.

I don't want to buy a bastardized version.
I'm just the opposite. I want it more because it takes AR-15 magazines, but I am waiting to see how the SBR conversion works. I'll get an Aug too when I can find an OD one that takes AR-15 magazines and has the factory optic.

I fully understand one wanting the AR mags considering they're good, cheap and everywhere. I guess for me, when i want to buy an"exotic" type firearm, I just want it in its purest original form. Especially since I don't really plan on
It being one of my defensive guns where compatibility is important. For me, it would most likely be a range toy.

I read an article that said it would not feature an adjustable gas block like the military version but then I see on Kentucky Gun in the description that it does come with adjustable gas. I hope it does.
