Loctite on Micro mounts

I've got a micro mounted to the top of my AR and I've got loctite on the screws that attach the optic to the mount, do I also need loctite on the screw that attaches the base of the mount to the upper receiver rail?

I use blue (med strength) thread locker on most threaded attachments unless they have a different means of securing the connection (staking, nyloc threads, lock washer etc). I also paint a witness mark on the head of the screw to give a visual cue if something has come loose. I am not an armorer however.

I would loctite the mount if it were my gun.
