Help me find a barrel

I am looking for somebody who has this barrel IN STOCK

M4, medcon or hvy under handguard, 1-7 twist, chrome lined, M4 feed ramp, threaded bbl, prefer no fsb but will take one if I have to.

Do not want to wait for backorder. Need it NOW.
