After the Vietnam War, the U.S. pushed 5.56mm down the throats of our allies
it is and has been a NATO rd for a long time.
Do you think that all of NATO will go to a 6.5 or 6.8 in the futrue?:confused:

I think the 5.56 will be around quite awhile for our conventional troops. The government is having a hard enough time with ammo shortages as it is, much less changing calibers during war time.....IMHO.
