Very excited today to have picked up my new rifle. As you see I added an EOTech and 3 X Magnifier. What you can't see is the CMC Trigger I upgraded. As a new shooter so I was also pleased with my group 2 ½ inches at 50 yards.

Could you please provide some additional information such as type of ammunition, weather conditions on the range, etc?

This is all new to me, so I was shooting at the Alpine Range in Fort Worth, TX. I sighted in my EOTech on the 100 yard range and the image of the target above was on the 50 yard range. I was shooting HPR 223 Rem 55r V-Max Hyper Clean. As for the weather, here in Texas this time of year you can count on about 100 degree days however it might not have hit 100 at that time of the day yet.

What other information are you looking for?

34511 Not all that impressive but here is the 100 yard target when I was sighting in the rifle.

what's your impression now that you've had is a couple of months? I ordered one and it hasn't arrived yet.

My M4 came in yesterday and I was able to hold it. It's a beauty! pictures don't do it justice. The grip feels great, and I love how the slim rail feels in my hand. It's definitely the lightest AR I've ever held.

I bought one too recently. I bought it after I got a DD Mk18. At that point, after realizing the quality of DD, it's been love.

Sorry OP for posting pictures other than yours - these are my beloved ones.

That's a nice looking setup on the 18. What's that on the forward top rail of the v11? How do you like a AGOG? I just have a T1 and Troy BUIS have been thinking of going with an ACOG and the T1 on an angle mount.

Thanks,
I think I got it at BCM (that grip). Acog: well, for this older guy here, eyes are getting old; already at 25 yards I can't see much.
So either an Acog (or an Elcan, Vcog, etc.) are a must.

I too have (and love) aimpoints, Eotechs etc.

ETA: dont understand what you mean by what's on top of forward rail; are you meaning the
Laser device?

Not the fore grip, on the top rail. Thanks for the feed back. I'm getting old too, turn 44 this month and now need reading glasses. I doubt I could still qual the 500 yard line anymore as I did 20yrs ago in the Marines with just iron sights.

48 here Sir.
Marines? Semper Fidelis!
I served in Italy (two lives ago; Italian Military).

Take care.
PS so you probably meant the Dbal A3 laser device (civilian version)

Thanks. I think everyone should serve some military time, makes you appreciate life, imo. I did a little tour in Aviano with VMFA 224

I'm going to zero my DD hopefully tomorrow. I've dry fired it a few times and the trigger seems nice, but I'm curious how the DD trigger stacks up to some of the popular drop in replacements.

Replaced the factory Trigger in my DDM4V7 with a Geissele SD-E...then did the same jn my SBR...no turning back!!!

Thanks, but Why did you pick the SD-E over the other models from Geissele? Shot someone else's rife with it?

I liked the feel of the flat trigger in my Sig Scorpion and also got to shoot an SSA-E in my brother in laws m4v4. I liked the feel of the trigger(2 stage, good crisp clean break, proven, etc...) and wanted to go with Geissele so I went with the SD-E as it essentially gave me an SSA-E with a flat trigger.

I just got a DD M4 V11 yesterday. For now I'm going to use a set of LMT none folding back up sights untill I decide what optic, if any. I think I'll play old school and shoot it for now with just the open sights. It is one light rifle, should be fun to shoot off hand.

A while back I upgraded my DDM4 V7lw to a DDM4 V11lw by switching to the 15" slim rail and the new furniture. Put a SSA trigger in it. How do you like that angled foregrip?

I also got a DDM4 V11 18"S2W. Put a SD-E trigger in it. Mounted a NF SHV 4-14 with MOAR reticle with a 20 MOA NF mount. Sub MOA accuracy for this one. Love those DDM4s.

Now I need a DDM5 V1.

I to purchased a DD M4 V11 and mounted a BSA scope but wanted a holographic on a 45 mount for close quick shots. Here's what's strange and maybe someone knows what's up but I bought a leupold LCO off eBay for $105 then found out it ships from Hong Kong so I go look at the reviews ( I know, kinda backwards) but see the price at optics planet $669! I thought, damn, I got a knock off but they have same part #s and the made in USA flag! Look identical, what's up with the price diff? Anyone know why?

Post a pic when you get it and we'll point out the parts that show if it's a knock off or not. Hard to tell without pics.

Copies look good. That’s the easy part. But the LCO is made in the US. Getting one from Hong Kong for $105 is really all you need to know that it’s fake.

Sent from my iPhone using TapatalkFake. Cancel your order and report it to eBay.

Rule 1: don't buy expensive optics on eBay (unless you know the seller).

Don't get more fake shit in circulation in the US and don't support those assholes that steal our stuff and copy it

Oh, and 100% chance it's gonna be junk and not work right
