Just got my UBR.

All I need now is a carbine buffer & spring. this is going in a midlength system.

What else do I need to install this thing and whom should I contact to gather the necessary parts?


* castle nut?

* receiver plate?

* what tool do I need to use to stake the castle nut?

something to consider is your buffer. since you are using a midlength gas tube system you may want to consider changing to an "H" buffer. In many cases this is just "insurance" but it's cheap and easy to take care of now, and won't hurt your system in the slightest.

the thing is built like a damn tank and the compartment locks up like a vault.

i actually expected it to be heavier.

i'd like to see one more setting on the LOP; however, i'll be getting the thicker buttpad when it's available.

i also haven't shouldered it while affixed to the weapon nor have i factored in wearing a vest or thicker clothing.

i'm sure i'll love it once installed.

get one. you'll cherish it.

I really like the looks of this stock, congratulations! I wish I could justify one but right now ammo is the higher priority.
