Anyone use this ammo ? WOLF (PRIVI PARTISAN) 223 75 GRAIN BOAT TAIL HP
BRASS CASE AND NONCORROSIVE
I am thinking about this for my new LMT. Its 450 per 1000

I have heard the Privi 55gr stuff is good. Don't know much about their 75gr stuff. But for $450 per 1K, I can think of some others I'd like.

Like what? They also have the 55gr M193 Privi for 369 shipped or 349 picked up per1000.
Is that a better deal?

These days, it's a good deal. 55grains shoot just fine in a 1/7 barrel, but try a variety of ammo vendors and weights. You don't have to buy a whole case just to do some evals. Buy a few boxes from some online ammo sites and see what you like. Widender's has good deals and Sportsman's guide normally has some as well, but they often sell out quick. 75gr ammo is generally GTG. Like I said I haven't heard much personally about the 75gr Privi. I would rather buy a few hundred rounds to try before the 1K.

I would go with the Privi 55gr, personally.

The 55 gr is GTG. I have heard of a few blown primers in the 75 gr. I use 75 gr Black Hills for zombies so I plan to buy some of the PRVI 75 gr to see how it does for practice.

I just got 1000 rounds of Black Hills match grade ammo from Adco Firearms for $449 delivered yesterday. I thought that was one hell of a deal.

It's not there today though, sorry.
