By "new", do you mean the "military" model that looks like this:

If so, then yes, some of us have a little bit of trigger time on it thanks to Brett generously making it available to us in the Vickers Advanced Pistol/Carbine course.

I want to set up a 1911 for suppressed use. However I'd love to have either the SIG or that FN! Anybody know where I can get tall sights like that? Do you thinkd 10-8s taller set would be tall enough?
