View Full Version : Magpul UBR on my Noveske?
Any opinions on replacing the stock VLTOR on my Noveske N4 basic with a Magpul UBR? I have to admit I'm full on drinking the Magpul kool-aid, I love the pmags and replacing my TD PG with a MIAD has greatly improved the carbine's ergonomics. The VLTOR is fine for the time being but I'm wondering if the UBR would be an upgrade like the MIAD and pmags were. Opinions would be appreciated. Thanks.

I like it. Combines the best attributes of fixed and collapsible stocks - consistent cheek weld and adjustable LOP. Nice and solid, too - they say it'll stand up to heavy recoil much better than the standard telestock design, if you have any interest in picking up a big-bore upper down the road. A bit on the heavy side, but I feel that a tail-heavy rifle handles better, myself - YMMV.
Pretty much the same thoughts on what TheActivePatriot said above.
Here's my before and after of my N4RL.
This was still in the "configuration" aspect of where to sit the Aimpoint.ML3
