The first mag had me worried as every other round took a second strike but this cleared up by the 2nd mag. It is a .45 with a 3.9" barrel. The gun fits my 1911 educated hand like a glove. Follow ups are quicker than any other .45 I have ever fired probably due to the weight of this all steel pistol and the heavy frame profile. I have to say that I'm thinking I really got the better end of the deal. The only drawback I am seeing is a lack of holsters available.
