Would anyone know what handguard this soldier has on his M4? I thought it would be a DD RIS II, but it looks like a MLOK FSP rail? i'm looking for a FSP cutout rail and don't think I've seen this one before.

Kind of hard to see but I think it is a Troy VTAC Delta

Yup, it is indeed the VTAC Delta. Here's a clearer pic of it.

Thought so, which BTW is not M-LOK.

While we're at it, what is that optic?

Thanks guys! I knew the Troy Delta existed, but didn't know VTAC and Troy had a collaboration. It's interesting that this VTAC/Troy rail allows you to add rail segments to the hand guard, too. What threw me off was the added rail segment on the 2 o'clock position of the rail, so I thought maybe it was MLOK.
