No, I didn't know about that.

I thought mythbusters already proved you could polish a turd.

Now, I'm not totally knocking Hipoints. For a $180 gun, they work surprisingly well, and are reasonably accurate.
Makes a good sacrificial gun, where you want a gun, but don't want to risk a good one.

I wouldn't choose it for a fight, unless the other option was empty handed. After all, even if it jams, it's heavy enough to beat someone to death with.


We been waiting for someone to come in wanting to unload one we can get extra cheap.

Yeah, the shop owner saw that ad, then said we needed a Hipoint to do that to.

We're still waiting, seems nobody sells used ones.
From what I can tell, they end up in atf traces, mostly.
