I know about the 9mm M&P problems does this model suffer accuracy issues at 25 & 50 yards ?
I truly have Zero interest in 10 yard or 15 yard groups so any info would be much appreciated.
Mechanical Accuracy at 25 & 50 yards.

I believe the 9mm issues were fixed a long time ago. I carry a 40 on duty and have no issues.

Would you test mechanical accuracy with a Ransom rest? I've not seen that before on a M&P.

i think this is referring to the slower twist barrels in the earlier models. i think they went from the 1/18 to 1/10 around 2012ish not sure on that. i have shot both barrels though and they sure didn't affect my accuracy  probably more me than the barrel

I use to have 3 M&P's (1) 9mm that just sucked past 17 yards (2) 45's that grouped around 2" at 25 yards with my reloads.
The 45's are JMO excellent pistols for the money. The M&P 9's suffer more than just the twist rate as far as 25 & 50 yard accuracy goes.
This is way above my pay scale so.... Thanks for all who posted I got my answers a few days ago .
