Just saw this breaking news on TFB, Colt and FN were both awarded a new M4 carbine contract for $212M until 2020! http://www.thefirearmblog.com/blog/2015/09/25/colt-defense-granted-212m-m4-contract-good-until-2020/
Stay of execution unless they figure out how to appeal to the civilian market again.
