Like the title says. I thought I read they were, but my interest fluctuates +/- $5 each month with no noticable trend so I can't tell, and found nothing helpful on websight. Trying to decide to carpet - bomb my loans, house payment, or both.

Nope. Out of 5 month, I've had 1 exact repeat, none if you look at cents.
