Hi, been reading up on the Leupold D-Evo since its release and it seems like a solid performer. The only downside I see is weight, though it seems to hold up just as well as any Aimpoint during drop tests, etc. I plan on running Black Hills 77 gr TMK for pretty much all outside activities and wanted to make sure I'm not diminishing the round's capabilities with only a 1x optic. The seamless eyeball transition appeals to me more than a variable power scope or canted sights, and I'd like to retain the T2's wonderful features, so has anyone had experience with the D-Evo? Is it recommended if you can afford it?
