Hi guys. I just moved to a free state so I'm looking to get a suppressor for my AR.

My question is are adjustable gas blocks like the Syrac worth it? I've read they can help with gas blowback and felt recoil. I've also read that the reduced pressure will make the bolt potentially last longer due to less stress.

My concern is reliability. I've built my gun out of parts that have been time tested and reviewed in hopes that I have an ultra reliable rig (as much as one can be given the accessories I've chosen). Are these gas blocks bullet proof?

Description of your rig may help get you the correct answer.

I've got a couple adjustable gas blocks from SLR. For my purposes they reduce blow back and recoil and are every bit as reliable. I did my homework before purchasing and SLR was my clear choice.

Thanks! As good as SLR looks guess stock is the way to go for total reliability in that area.

Oh, and here is my rig. Dissipator upper on Rock River lower. Color has since changed.
