Zeroing Red Dot with Magnification? Yes/No?

Question:

If I have a magnifier with my Aimpoint (or any red dot for that matter), is it better to zero it under magnification, or zero at no magnification?

I'm assuming if I get a precise zero under magnification that means the groups will be all that much better unmagnified, but ... just wanted to ask.

Doesn't matter. I zero with magnification at 50 yards. No need to re-zero with magnification off.
