First time with optic on my 14.5" LMT pinned suppressor.

Well, I did the best with what I could today. Didn't have anything but my tailgate but hunting scenerio you don't have a bench rest anyways.

My my guess is the 1/7 twist doesn't like the 55gr weight in combination with the almost 5lb trigger. It is a RRiver 2 stage but not my prefered crisp 3.5 ish weight trigger.

That 1/7 twist needs the 69-75 gr bullet. Mine just won't do any better than yours with 55s.
Speer 70gr soft points are good expanding bullets if you reload

Could be the ammo, could be something else. We have been using GECO/RUAG 55gr. ammo for lots of testing over the 8 months of so and we typically see around 1 MOA with it. We do not shoot from rests, sleds or anything else.
