What is the best way to put a Vickers Sling on BCM AR with A MOE Handguard ?
I have the standard horizontal AR Swivel that comes on a BCM UPPER under the barrel in the front and a BCM Stock
Should i buy OD adaptors or HK HOOK should I get a QD attachment for the MOE ? '
Any suggestions?

I am using an IWC QD Micro Flush QD Sling Mount (http://www.impactweaponscomponents.com/product/qd-micro-mount/) on my BCM with MOE handguard.

I'd get good, flush-button QD swivels and a limited-rotation QD mount for the handguard.

I like Midwest Industries Heavy Duty swivels, never had one come loose, and IWC makes a great low-profile mount.

Sling setup is mostly preference, though. I like the front of the sling at the rear of the handguard, and the rear of the sling mounted to the end plate, or the outside of the BCM stock. How you prefer it may be different.

I went through a lot of slings, mounts, and setups before finding what I like.

I've had success with the Sling Mount n Slot/ (http://www.impactweaponscomponents.com/product/quick-detach-sling-mount/) if you don't want to drill into your handguard.

+a billion.

I have a ton of these things, lots of different versions. IIRC, Earl has held his body weight up via the sling and the IWC MOE Sling mount. It's legit. The newest version (if you don't want to drill) is in the top two pics. The old version is below; the new version is *much* more low profile on the MLOK handguards and eliminates the need to drill IMHO unless you want it where there is no slot.

def agree with all above. great products.
it just depends on where you like the socket. if you want it where there happens to be a slot get that one, if you want it where there is no slot on the handguard get the little one you drill a hole for.

edit: they're all rotation limited if that matters to you...

I don't mean to sound like a broken record, but any of the mentioned IWC products are good to go. IWC is good stuff made by good people.

I have the IWC micro flush whatever one, as posted above, on mine. Works fine and was easy to install.

OP do you need the sling to be QD?

Reason I ask, if not, you can get away with an MOE sling point and just thread the sling up front there, with the BCM stock, chances are you are going to be best off with the QD mount, though I did, when I was running MOE just attach it standard to my ACS stock and just threaded it up front and through the stock. Now that I have mounted a DD rail with QD mounts though... QD is my preferred method and have a BCM QD end plate on the way just for the sake of giving myself options and because, well, more BCM. lol.

If QD is preferred, as others have already mentioned the IWC and quality QD mounts are the way to go really, and it is a nice option to be able to shed the sling quickly. But, if you are like I was and plan on just having the sling live on the rifle, then the QD mounts may not be as needed.

Uhhh paracord loop through the handguards and a clash hook on the end of the sling... Cheap and reliable.

Another option would be to run a Blue Force Gear universal wire loop. I have a vickers sling on my middy(with standard MOE handgaurds) and run this https://www.blueforcegear.com/molded-uwl on the FSB.

Another option (I use it on two AR's that have Moe handguards and have had great results) is the Colt Tactical Sling Mount. Not quick detachable but very sturdy.

I used two big zip-ties to hold a VCAS sling on a MOE handguard once.

It was rock-solid and went through four days of carbine classes. Quite possibly the sturdiest, cheapest, quickest, most disposable sling mount you can get.

My vote goes to using duct tape, preferably the original silver colored stuff.
