I messaged Silencer Shop and they said they that will have a video of the Surefire 300 SPS next week.
Curious to see if the numbers match up to Surefire's.

If the numbers match, I'll be spending some money!!!

Finally! I love my SOCOM762-RC for everything but 300blk Subs. I'm really hoping the 300 SPS delivers.

I'm really hoping SF is working on a 762 mini utilizing 300 SPS technology for 2016 shot show. THAT would be a sweet 300blk can for SBR use (when db's aren't the #1 priority).

I took the gamble and bought one when it came out so hoping it delivers

Not quite what they claim on their website, but not bad either.

It's interesting how poor it did on 5.56. The 5.56-RC does better with 2 less inches.

I wonder what ammo they used for 300BLK subs (what SF used compared to SS). The Silencerco Harvester ammo meters 1-2db quieter.

I would love to see a 300 SPS mini now (come on SHOT SHOW!). It would probably only be (20-22 db on 5.56), but (28-30db in 300blk) would be very acceptable IMHO on a 6" can.

I'm definitely going to pick this up. My SOCOM762-RC is pathetic on 300blk subs. My Octane 9mm sounds better.

I think the numbers look pretty good compared to other manufacturers. I noticed that the 308 was 131 dec average at the shooters ear but the 300 black was 135 average at the shooters ear. At the rate that Atf is moving I guess I'll find out late next year lol.

Bolt gun vs semi-auto is the difference.

The 308 bolt numbers are excellent. The SF is right up there with the AAC Cyclone, TBAC 9", and SiCo Specwar.... all of which are 1-1.5" longer than the SF.

Did they have one in stock for you when you bought it?

I'm still on backorder, and actually thinking of changing the order to another Omega (with 41P looming).

I ordered mine about 3 months ago when they first came in stock. It only took 3 months for the transfer to my ffl to be approved. Lol Do you live in an area where they will sign off on the supressor?

I honestly never checked. One benefit of my trust is a couple members live in different towns. If I got a no, we could always try another. I'm just trying to avoid the hassle of getting everyone fingerprinted and having to show up for the sign off.

I saw on another forum where a rep from Silencer Shop was saying something about SureFire not including muzzle brakes like everyone thought they were going to do. The Silencer Shop rep said that because of that they included muzzle brakes with the first order of 300 SPS's. I asked if I could find out if my pending can was part of that first order but I haven't heard back from them yet.
