Salient and Noveske builds

I've done a couple different builds over the last couple of years. There's 2 that I'm particularly happy with and love to shoot them regularly and here they are:

Here's my only "pretty" AR. I won a Salient AR pistol in a raffle and decided to make it a rifle. I sold off most of the weird gimmicky parts and made it a usable "untacticool" rifle with a free paint job... otherwise it'd be black.

Cool builds. I absolutely HATE the look/feel of that battle arms stock thing. Let us know how it works out for you.

It's not for everyone but I've had no issues with it. That particular model is the milsepc one so you still need to use the receiver end plate to push down on the takedown pin detent spring. They do make just an end piece to be used on a Milspec buffer tube too.

Looks like the old school 608 AR survival rifles. I like to do a lightweight build with that battle arms stock.

Good looking builds. What's wrong with the safety selector on the Salient? The cerakoter didn't install the safety selector correctly hence the funny angle... I took care of it so it's normal now.

It's a custom color the Cerakoter came up with.
