Bought a bunch of new duty gear when the 5.11 stuff hit the shelves. Didn't realize that they are specifically for 2" belts, NOT the standard 2.25 belts, also the cuff cases although marketed as "oversize" do not accommodate the S&W universal cuffs. Don't have the receipt anymore so loss is your gain. Only selling as a package as it's just not cost effective to ship one or two items.
