Weaver super slam 1.5-6X24 Ill.dot scope

Natchez has the weaver super slam euro style 1.5-6X24 german#4 illuminated recticle on sale for $329.I know they are somewhat heavy around 19 ounces.Anyone using one on there AR?If so how do you like it,thanks.

No personal experience. There may be a reason it is discontinued and on sale. Most reviews say the dot isn't much. 19oz isn't heavy for a 1x6.

I had the Weaver Classic Extreme 1.5x-4.5x. Great glass for the money. Large eye relief and exit pupil. I would imagine the super slam has better glass.

Edit: The Super Slam has an average exit pupil according to Weavers website.
