LE/Military only question

I am not sure where to post this question.

Is it possible to sell LE/Military only gear?

I am former military and private mil contractor and I had purchased a Peq-14, the 5Mw laser version but never actually used it so it sits in my safe because I didn't know if I could sell it or where to do it that would be safe.

If anyone can help with experience in the matter let me know.

It's your personal laser? If so, then yes you can sell it. The FDA regulations govern the manufacturers and distributors, not individual sales. That said, there are reports of some agencies confiscating them anyways. My advice would be to sell it in person, not online.
