Volund Duty Belt Question

I recently ordered the Volund Micro-Battle Belt and like the belt, but it's too thick for most Tek-Lok attachments. The MBB webbing solves this problem because I can zip-tie nearly anything to it, but I'd rather just be able to clip stuff on and off.

Is the Volund Duty Belt (same model as the MBB, but without the webbing sewn to the outside) thin enough for Tek-Lok to fit around it?

Yes. I use the duty belt (no molle) and Tek Lok's fit fine.
