Please be on the up and up. I would like to know if you or someone you know has any type of Gas Pistol kit, on their AR, and how do they like it, how do you like it. Would you buy one, or just maintain a good clean AR and keep it moving.

I went into the Marine Corps in 79, we still had a lot of Vietnam vets in there. My first combat action was Beirut, and then Grenada, we had this gunny that would stay in our asses "clean your weapon" after a fire fight and we got to safety later int the day "clean weapons" even if you did not fire your weapon clean that piece of crap M16.
He was a good gunny though, made SgtMaj he died in 07 smokes caught up to him.
