We hit a Highcom 4SAS7 level IV ceramic body armor plate with a sledgehammer, then shot it with a .358 Win 225 gr Nosler Accubond at 2,384 fps from a Ruger M77 22" barrel. Bear in mind, this plate had already been shot with a .450 Marlin and that this plate is not rated for this cartridge. Does the plate survive?

Lol nice!!
Yeah I don't feel mine is "fragile". If I happen to take a round in a SHTF scenario I'd superglue the hole to keep as much in place and keep rocking it!
Specially after seeing these vids and the abuse they can take
Thanks! And happy Holidays

Yeah, I think the goal ought to be to avoid getting shot, but if you do, the plate should keep working.
