This is a feeler to see if there is any interest.
I have an all original 551-2 (diopter sights, 1/7 twist) with the short barrel that is one of about 150 LE rifles that Mike Ott was able to get the ATF to approve his conversion method to change the guns over to non-SBR status and retain all Swiss parts. His method does not alter the gun in any way, which is perfect to SBR in the future. That was my plan but I just won't be getting around to it anytime soon. He sold three grades of these rifles and this was from the highest grade.
I have the original sling, a bunch of mags and a B&T picatinny rail. Gun is in the old grey finish with black furniture.
$5500.
I will try to post pics this week but I usually can't figure it out. Emailing them seems to work fine though.
