Elite Shooting Sports (Manassas, VA):

Gun Rentals: Not Yet (Maybe?)
Pros: Huge building, tons of lanes, great hours (open 9-to-9 every day of the week)
Cons: Busy on weekends and 5pm+, almost always have to ask for fresh cardboard
Notes: Coffee shop that I’ve never seen anybody use, shoot house opens in 2016 (training opportunities)
Blue Ridge Arsenal (Chantilly, VA):

Gun Rentals: Yes, handguns and rifles
Pros: Ability to rent a wide range of guns to allow new shooters to find what fits, gun shop, retail stuff (overpriced)
Cons: Crap parking, mild dungeon feel due to poor lighting, occasional gun shop know-it-all moments
Notes: Good one-stop for a new shooter, allows ammo up to .50 AE

Pros: Well-lit, covered (underground) parking
Cons: Long waits at times, double-check the hours of operation since they are shut down on certain days, open at different times
Notes: "You can shoot pistols of any caliber, rifles (.460 Weatherby Mag), and shotguns of all gauges but with slugs only."
