Looking To Upgrade Shoulder Straps

I have a few North Face duffels and am looking to swap out the shoulder straps for something more comfortable.

The duffel uses 1" strapping. Does anyone have any recommendations?

I have a ridiculously overbuilt strap that came with a Sneaky Bag. Clearly designed for a 50lb load on a single strap, which is screaming for a lifetime of back pain. Might contact them for a bombproof option with solid stitching and metal hardware.

Numerous gear makers offer swappable straps. First off the shelf to me mind would be Hazard 4, which seems to have nice stuff.

Not familiar with the NF duffels, you may also want to insider just adding strap pads. I have used armor carrier shoulder pads on straps too.
