Need red or green filter for streamlight

I'm looking for a red or green filter for my Streamlight stylus pro. Does anyone know where to find one? Or another light the same size that runs on AA or AAA. My last resort is to add a headlamp with a red light on it to my flight suit.

I would buy one if it took AAA batteries. When I'm at a hospital the light gets low it's hard to find AAAA. That's why I have a sylus pro now.
