308 build help

[Voodoochild]

I am going stir crazy I need to build something to calm my nerves. I am thinking something along the lines of a 308(7.62x51) based on a Noveske Barrel. What are your thought's on all the rest of the parts. I appreciate the help..Also i need to learn how to reload..
