SLR Sentry 7 Melonite adjustable gas block .750 screw set type

I have a SLR Sentry 7 screw set .750 gas block in melonite for sale. Was slid on a barrel and removed. No lock tite on screw sets or anything. Including a extended ball allen for adjusting. Was purchased from SLR with the gas block. This is newest rev with updated adjuster screw as I was told from SLR.
