Universal AR15+AK Magazine Speed Loader.

My name is Alex and i am from Ukraine(Europe).

I am going to make an universal AK & AR15 magazine loader and i want to ask m4carabine community few questions:

How many people owns both AR15 and AK rifles?
Will it be useful for them to have ability to easily load 30 rounds(5.45, 7.62, 5.56) in 10-15 seconds with one move?

I own both Ak 47 pattern and 74 pattern Bulgarian AK rifles. I'd love to get in on one of these if the price point is reasonable.
