E File form 1, paid, click sign submit then

on my sbr form 1, I paid with credit card, I can see the pending transaction in my bank, I clicked "Sign and submit" and got a blank white screen with the blue bar across the top with "home my profile FAQ ask the experts" menus. no confirmation page or anything like that. no spinning wheel like the website is processing something.

any ideas?
