WTS a excellent condition 1981 production Steyr SSG-P1 Austrian Sniper Rifle, 26" cold hammer forged barrel and chamber
in one operation w/Steyr's distinctive spiral hammer marks. Very early Steyr Grand Rapids, MI importer, pre Gun South
importation. There are no cracks in trigger guard or anywhere else. These early rifles came right off military production line.
Rifle includes Khales 26mm ZF-69 sniper scope w/pointed post reticle w/intersecting lines, Steyr QD rings that have metric
Allen screws installed instead of slotted, there is a Harris bipod stud installed on bottom of forend, and a marked Austrian
K98-K pigskin sling w/sliding keeper.
Included w/ rifle are all the original documentation, operators manual, scope zeroing instructions, shoot target, hang tags,
box for rings, muzzle cover/protector, 5x 5rd magazines, 4 of which are still in packaging, 1 Styer 10rd magazine that
has never been loaded, 1 new in bubble wrap Steyr 30mm Q.D. scope rings for a upgraded optic or as a back up optic.
$2,550 shipped and insured in lower 48, the mags and 30mm QD rings are worth $600 the 10rd mag is super rare.
I also have most of a 800rd case of genuine 1988 Palma Trophy Teams Match 155gr. 7.62 ammunition, Sydney, N.S.W. Australia
by Ammunition Factory Footscray that is particularly accurate in this rifle, that I would sell to rifle purchaser only at extra cost.
