Which t3

plan on getting a tika t3 in 308 in the near future. I cannot decide between the ctr and the tactical.

I don't care for the trigger guard and magazine setup on the ctr, just looks off to me.

I am trying to figure out if there are any differences between the rifles other than that and the cheek well.

I heard the tac has a better barrel than the ctr but unknown how reliable that is. Which one yall think if it was going to be a do-all rifle, duty,hunting,fun shooting?

I'm kinda leaning towards the t3 tac

I don't know those two with the Tikka, but in general I like a somewhat compact and lighter gun for hunting. Weight is also an issue if carried a lot.

I have a friend who shoots a CTR. I've been very impressed with its capabilities as a lightweight, compact precision rig. It seems to hit all the points you are looking for.
