exotic picitinny mount for fixed carry handle AR-15

Does any company offer a hi-quality M1913 picitinny rail combination mount for a fixed carry handle AR-15 ? I am looking to attach two accessories to the combo rail which attaches to the handle. It is a Colt LMG upper. I want to keep the upper stock. In addition, does anyone offer a small M1913 rail which can be attached to the fixed front sight post ?
