How many 30 round magazines fit in a 40 mm ammo can?

I was looking at storing my magazines in 40 mm ammo cans and was wondering how many 30 round AR 15 magazines fit in a 40 mm ammo can.

If you are talking about the standard 40MM cans the these are the approx. dimensions 19" long X 6" wide X 10" deep. You should be able to get an idea from this. I can tell you that I have a couple here that we packed with loose 5.56 ammo and they held over 2000K a piece. My guesstimate is you can probably get about 30 mags in one, if not more.
