Im putting together my 300 bo ar tomorrow.16 inch barrel 1 in 7 twist.what supersonic grain weight should i run through it?thanks

Not sure how much help I am. Mine is an Anderson Manufacturing 1:7, 16". It definitely performs better than minute of torso.
For defense the benchmark is the Barnes 110gr black tip. Basically you want something light (<=120gr) that is designed for 300BLK.
There are a few others I'd consider like the Lehigh 78gr and there is now an 80-something grain Gorilla.
For practice I prefer the UMC as it is reliable and similar in weight to my defensive choice. Barnes now has a practice round called "Range" if I recall correctly.
