Received my PRE-BAN letters from Knight Manuf.for my NIB Sporter and Match SR-25's...

I have two NIB, unfired SR-25's (one a Sporter model, 20" barrel and one a Match model, 24" barrel) that I'd like to get into the hands of gun owners in CT. (or any other PRE BAN state).

I want to either exchange them for new SR-25's, so sell them for enough to be able to buy the replacement rifles.

I received my PRE BAN letters from Knight's Manuf. stating that both rifles are in fact PRE BAN rifles.

Question 1, what is the BEST way to contact CT gun owners who might want to purchase/trade these?

Question 2, what other Gun Owners from what states could benefit from these two PRE BAN models?

Question 3, besides Knight's SR-25's, who makes (based on YOUR experience) really accurate semi-auto 308's?

Question 4, what optics would YOU recommend for an SR-25, for DM/Sniper role?
